A running list of what I'm reading, listening to, and learning from. These shape how I think about technology, leadership, and the world.

Professional

AI Daily Brief Newsletter • Daily

A daily newsletter covering the latest in AI developments, research, and practical applications.

This is my daily listen on my commute into work. The AI landscape changes fast, and this brief keeps me up to date without getting lost in the hype cycle. I use it to inform strategy discussions at WFG and to separate signal from noise when evaluating new tools.

A leadership podcast focused on practical insights for becoming a better leader in any context.

If you are a leader — and face it, most of us are in some capacity — this is an amazing resource for building your leadership. Start at the beginning. Give it a couple of sessions as he starts to hit his stride. 'Everyone wins when a leader gets better' is such a true statement. Everyone who looks to you for guidance will thank you for investing in yourself.

Listening with the Kids

Part-Time Genius Podcast • Weekly

A podcast from iHeartRadio that answers curious questions about how the world works.

Will and Mango tackle questions you didn't know you had — why we have eyebrows, how vending machines work, the history of cheese. It's funny, bite-sized, and genuinely educational. Perfect for car rides and dinner conversation starters.

Radiolab Podcast • Weekly

A long-running science and storytelling podcast that explores deep questions through compelling narratives.

We've been listening to Radiolab for years. Jad Abumrad and the team have a gift for making complex topics — ethics, science, philosophy — accessible without dumbing them down. Some episodes are too intense for younger kids, but the ones we choose together spark the best family discussions.

Unexplainable Podcast • Weekly

A science podcast from Vox that explores unanswered questions and mysteries in science.

The kids and I listen to this together. It embraces the unknown rather than just delivering facts, which I love. It teaches them (and me) that science is as much about good questions as it is about answers. The episodes on space and biology are particular favorites in our house.
